Redstone Projects is a construction company based in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. Since 2016 we have built large infrastructure and institutional projects, turnkey bungalows, and carefully finished interiors.

We keep the critical trades in-house. Our own teams handle RCC work, fabrication, and tiling, and our own design team plans the work under one roof. That means fewer hand-offs, fewer surprises, tighter control on quality, and handovers that happen on the date we commit to.

110-Year-Old Heritage Restored To Life

Satoskar Heritage Bungalow · Medha, Malvan

A dilapidated 110-year-old traditional residence on the verge of ruin, carefully saved and restored by Redstone Projects under the architectural direction of Ar. Mangesh Parkar. Original Konkan laterite blocks were structurally repaired, timber trusses preserved, carved wooden balconies recreated, and antique patterned tiles laid.

Traditional Konkan red laterite stone construction, exposed pointed brickwork, and vaulted Rohtak dome masonry.
